What is Miyuki and what makes it so special and unique!
Miyuki jewelry has its own unique style that cannot be compared to any other type of jewelry. That's why we love it so much.
Miyuki jewelry offers endless creativity with the most beautiful patterns and colors.
The Miyuki delica's that we use in our jewelry are tubular uniform glass beads of 1.6 mm and 2.0 mm. We only use high-quality Miyuki delica's for our jewelry, and all jewelry is finished sustainably with stainless steel and / or natural stone.
The techniques we use are the peyote and brick stitch techniques. With these technique(s), each delica (Miyuki bead) is very carefully attached to each other by hand using special, very strong beading thread. Because each delica is attached to each other one by one, a very tight end result is created, allowing patterns and color combinations to form beautiful, enchanting pieces of jewelry.
To manufacture a Miyuki piece of jewelry, an average of between 100 and 300 Miyuki delica's are attached to each other one by one by hand for earrings, for bracelets with a width of 1 to 2 cm the number is between 200 and 500 Miyuki delica's, and for the wider bracelets from 2.5 cm to a width of 3.5 / 4 cm, this averages between 500 and 2500 Miyuki delica's.
When you wear a Miyuki piece of jewelry, you really have something special! A beautiful and unique piece of jewelry that you absolutely don't come across everywhere.
Our Miyuki jewelry is made with precision, passion and great pleasure by hand in our own studio.
